We make no claims about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of astrological interpretations. You should not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings.
Free tier: Basic chart calculation and features are available at no cost. Free users will see advertisements provided by Google AdSense.
Premium subscription: Advanced features including AI readings, synastry, and PDF export require a paid subscription at 430 ₺/month (approximately equivalent in USD at current exchange rates), billed through Lemon Squeezy.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Astrokarmic name, logo, design, and original written content are owned by us. The astrological interpretation texts, AI-generated readings, and UI are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain no rights to redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service's content without our express written permission.
Astrological readings marked as "AI Reading" are generated by the Anthropic Claude API based on your birth data. These readings are:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Anthropic, Lemon Squeezy, Google AdSense, and Netlify. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrokarmic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
